About Cullen Property
Our Mission is to be the premier residential property investment, letting and management team in Edinburgh, ensuring all our tenants, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders experience a first-class personal and professional service from our company.
Cullen Property was founded in 1998 by two directors who believe passionately in the future of Edinburgh. The company was formed to provide a specialist service for clients wishing to invest in residential property in Edinburgh and we buy and manage properties for our clients. We also help those on the lookout for a reliable letting agent in Edinburgh who wish to rent a flat or house in the city.
Since that time our managed portfolio has grown to nearly 300 properties. The quality of these properties is excellent as each has been hand-picked by the directors and management team. Our properties have so far achieved a very high occupancy level: always in excess of 95% and frequently more than 98%.
We have an office in central Edinburgh and deal only in the city. Our philosophy is to be the best at what we do, at a competitive price.
